Couples seeking comfort
The view from the terrace is something else, like waking up in a postcard every morning. The family running the place was supportive, helping us get bus tickets and checking in on us regularly.
It wasn't cheap, but honestly, worth it for the experience.

We loved the place! It's high up on the top of the hill, so get ready for a bit of a climb, but the view from the rooftop is superb. The room is cozy and the bathroom is well equipped. The family running the place is really nice and super helpful!

The hostal's terrace offers a beautiful view of the city, especially during breakfast, which really adds to the charm of the stay.
Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a strong drain smell in the bathroom, which detracted from the overall experience despite the bathroom itself being clean.

The breakfast was delightful, especially the fresh pancakes while taking in the breathtaking views from the terrace. I loved relaxing on the terrace with a warm drink and enjoying the gorgeous surroundings. The only minor downside was that the room could have been a bit warmer at night. 😊

We had a fantastic time at this place! The breakfast was top-notch, especially the pancakes. The clean rooms made our stay comfortable, and the stunning views from the terrace during morning meals were unforgettable. We explored the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu, which were highlights of our trip. Definitely a spot to consider!
However, I received an unexpected cancellation notice just as I arrived. It put a damper on the first moments of our vacation and left us feeling uneasy about the service.

In my wife’s opinion, the rooms could use better heating.

Fantastic views, chilly nights
Waking up to the breathtaking views from the terrace during breakfast was a highlight. The staff was genuinely warm and eager to help us explore the city.
However, the room was quite cold, making it tough to feel comfortable at night. Despite the multiple blankets, we often found ourselves bundled up.

The room offered a warm atmosphere with a separate sink and spacious seating area, perfect for unwinding. Breakfast featured not just coffee and bread, but also fresh pancakes and scrumptious scrambled eggs. However, the frustrating part was the cancellation of our reservation without notice, leading us to scramble for alternate housing. The lack of communication seemed alarming, especially as we faced additional complications upon arrival.

Our stay lasted four nights in a cozy double room. The beautiful terrace view during breakfast was a highlight, despite some issues with the bathroom that were promptly addressed by the staff. To future guests, confirm your reservation directly to avoid any surprises.

Just a great match for a date night in Cusco with incredible value for money. The friendly owner helped us book tickets for local attractions, making our trip even easier. Bring a warm jacket since it can get pretty chilly at night.
